Sheep herder monument at Sawmill Ridge. Sheep herders have built monuments like this all over Eastern Idaho as landmarks. This one is located on Sawmill Ridge/Grizzly Creek Drainage north of Soda Springs. Our staff photographer took special note of the careful construction of the monument. The monument stands almost six feet tall.
