State of Idaho/Forest Service Road Right-of-Way Construction and Use (Road Cost Share) Agreement and Cooperative Road Maintenance Agreement

The agreements on this page represent the culmination of approximately two years of work by both the Idaho Department of Lands and the US Forest Service to develop a mutually agreeable process to provide for a transportation system that both the State and the Forest Service can cooperate together on to achieve many land management objectives for today and for the foreseeable future.
