Oil & Gas Drilling Permits
Drilling permits with redacted “Trade secrets,” as outlined under Idaho Code 9-340D(1), and geologic exploratory drilling information, as outlined in Idaho Code 9-340E(2), are available below. The Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) cannot disclose the redacted information without the consent of the permittee.
Please contact the permittees directly if you wish to request that they release the redacted information.
Any additional information you wish to request from the Idaho Department of Lands must be documented in a Public Records Request.
