All text in blue is linked to additional documents or material.  Please note that all references to the administrative rules have a three number prefix that corresponds to the Agency Prefix, Title and Chapter of each rule.  For example, in IDAPA 20.03.04 (Lake Protection Rules) 20 is the agency prefix, 03 is the Title and 04 is the Chapter.  In IDAPA 20.03.17 (Submerged Leasing Rules), 20 is the agency prefix, 03 is the Title and 17 is the Chapter.

The rules are further broken down into Sections (three digits), Subsections (two digits), Paragraphs (letters a through z) and subparagraphs (small roman numerals i, ii, iii, iv, etc.).  For example, a reference to the lakebed profile requirement in permit applications would be referenced as 20.03.04.020.07.a.i. This is found at the top of page 12 in IDAPA 20.03.04.  Use the table of contents at the start of the Rules to quickly access the correct Section of rules (020 in the last example) that are cited.

If one of the below policies or attachments are found to conflict with the Statutes or Rules, the Statute or Rule shall be controlling.
