When and Where are Land Board Meetings Held?
Land Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month with the exception of two off-site meetings in June and October of each year. Meeting dates/locations are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
- Boise meetings are held in the second floor courtroom of the Borah Building, 304 North 8th Street. Meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. and generally conclude by 12:00 p.m.
- Off-site meeting locations will be set by the Board at the beginning of each new year.

Meeting Agenda Information
FINAL AGENDA - A Final Agenda will be posted on the Department of Lands' web site (www.idl.idaho.gov) three (3) days preceding the meeting. If you have questions, or would like to arrange auxiliary aides or services for persons with disabilities, please contact Susan Terry, 208.334.0242, sterry@idl.idaho.gov. Accommodations for auxiliary aides or services must be made no less than five (5) working days in advance of the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA - The Consent Agenda addresses routine items the Board may approve without discussion.
REGULAR AGENDA - The Regular Agenda addresses policy and program items the Board may wish to discuss prior to taking a formal action.
INFORMATION AGENDA - The Information Agenda provides information only. No action is taken by the Board on information items.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC - The Executive Session is held pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345 to allow the Board to consider confidential matters. No actions are taken by the Board during the Executive Session. The public will be asked to leave the meeting room for this portion of the meeting.
