Temporary rules adopted by the Idaho State Board of Land Commissioners, the Idaho Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (as to IDAPA 20.07.02), and the Idaho Board of Scaling Practices (as to IDAPA 20.06.01) on February 18, 2020. Effective March 20, 2020.

Overview

Rulemaking initiated to ensure the continuity of previously approved administrative rules under IDAPA 20, rules of the Idaho Department of Lands. These rules are necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Idaho and confer a benefit on its citizens. On February 18, 2020, the Idaho State Board of Land Commissioners, the Idaho Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (as to IDAPA 20.07.02), and the Idaho Board of Scaling Practices (as to IDAPA 20.06.01) adopted as temporary fee rules the IDAPA 20 rule chapters as they were submitted to the 2020 legislative session for review in the pending rule docket number 20-0000-1900F and temporary rule docket number 20-0302-1902.
