$200,000 is available for the 2026-2027 funding year through the Idaho Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program for projects in Idaho communities. Eligible applicants may request a minimum of $10,000 and a maximum of $100,000. All grants will be distributed on a reimbursement basis.

Eligible applicants include City, County, Tribal, and Non-Profit 501c3 organizations, as well as state and publicly owned education institutions.

Project types include but are not limited to: Tree inventory updates, risk management, tree pruning and removal, tree planting and replacement, workforce development, education, and training.
