IT Service Desk Position

Join IDL Helpdesk Team in CDA. We are looking to fill two part-time temporary Service Desk positions at our CDA staff office.

  • Temporary 5 month position without benefits
  • Pay is $18 to $20/hour

This position’s key responsibility is to help with the primary service desk duties, with a customer base of over 600 IDL staff. Supporting Desktops, Laptops, mobile devices (Android and iOS) including OS and desktop applications, and peripheral equipment. This position will serve as the initial contact for onsite and remote IDL offices.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Provide IDL customer “Service Desk” support.
  • Image and deploy new and refreshed Workstations.
  • Manage Workstation software for IDL staff.
  • Manage domain user accounts.
  • Deploy printers, plotters, and scanners.
  • Set up and configure Workstations.
  • Troubleshoot various hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain PC and other related property inventory.
