Hearing: The public, one-day evidentiary hearing scheduled for March 5, 2026, will be held at 233 E. Harrison Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83814. The hearing will commence at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time and conclude no later than 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The hearing will be recorded via Zoom.

Remote public testimony will be permitted on a limited basis at the sole discretion of the Hearing Officer. To request remote public testimony, you must submit a written request to the Office of Administrative Hearings at filings@oah.idaho.gov at least seven calendar days prior to the hearing along with an explanation as to why your testimony cannot be provided in-person on the date of the scheduled hearing.
