    The Idaho Department of Lands is looking for a Right of Way Agent, Senior located at our Staff Office in Coeur d'Alene or Director's Office in Boise.Rate of pay determined based on experience. The right-of-way (ROW) program is responsible for acquiring and granting ROW access on IDLmanaged lands. This position will assist with the acquisition and granting of ROW access and easements on state endowment land. To maximize long-term returns, IDL must have access to endowment land for management and revenue-producing activities such as timber harvesting and livestock grazing. This position will focus on acquiring access through interactions and stakeholder engagement with industry, private landowners, and the federal government.

    The Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) is recruiting for one Lands Resource Specialists (LRS) - Minerals located in our Southwest Supervisory Area office in Boise, Idaho Minimum salary $22.73 per hour, rate of pay will depend on qualifications and experience.The Lands Resource Specialist position is used for recruitment and training purposes for the Lands Resource Specialist, Senior. Through various types of on-the-job training, the employee will learn to carry out the duties of a Lands Resource Specialist, Senior (LRSS). Typically, the Senior level requires 2-5 years of experience as a Lands Resource Specialist or equivalent work experience. Lands Resource Specialists are expected to apply their technical knowledge and training while learning the state laws and department policies and procedures necessary to achieve the expertise and independence of the journeyperson level LRSS – Minerals. After successful completion of the Lands Resource Specialist training plan (at least 6 months) the employee will advance to a Lands Resource Specialist, Senior.  This advancement may include a pay increase.

 $20,775 = Annual Salary

+ $15,316 = State of Idaho Contributions 

 $36,091 = Total Compensation
